How Fast Can I Do a Deal?
The answer is it depends on how much action are you willing to take. We have had graduates submit offers on a deals the day after graduating. The fastest a graduate has acquired a real estate deal is 2 weeks after graduating.
***We can not guarantee any results because there are multiple factors that go into acquiring a real estate deal including but not limited to market conditions, amount of action a graduate takes, access to capital, etc. *** The bootcamp will definetely accelerate each of these process for you.
Is this a seminar or will be taken action during the event?
This is an immersive hands on experience where you will pushed out of your comfort zone to take action. You will call sellers, run numbers on deals, walk through properties, and much more. There will be both classroom style learning and in the field learning.
Do I need to bring my own food?
No, you do not. You do need to let Hugh and the team know about any dietary restrictions at least 2 weeks in advance of the bootcamp. This way our private chef can prepare the menu for the event. Breakfast, Lunch and snacks will be provided each day. If you want a very particular snack then you may bring that.
Do I need to travel to the Real Estate Bootcamp & 5 Week Coaching Program?
Yes, you will be responsible for traveling to the real estate investor bootcamp, as each person has their own standard for traveling. We have held these bootcamps in many different cities around the United States, from New York to Florida. Typically, there is a welcome get-together for appetizers and drinks on Thursday night. The bootcamp starts early Friday morning and ends between 5-7 PM on Sunday. It depends on the group and how fast we get through the material.
The 5-week additional coaching is done over Zoom so no travel is required.

Can I bring a Spouse or Partner?
You can do anything you want, but the real question is, should you? The answer is it depends. If your spouse or friend is going to fully participate in the bootcamp, then "Yes". We do offer a discount for spouses or partners. Not for business partners.
If not, then understand this is not a vacation. Your spouse or partner should not expect you to be back at a certain time for dinner, show, etc during the bootcamp. Make this clear to them before they decide to join you on your trip.
